Inter-school competitions
Here at St Thomas' we recognise the importance of children enjoying and participating in sport and physical competition. We promote children challenging themselves by representing the school in inter-school competitions such as the School Games competitions and events organised by the local pyramid in conjunction with Featherstone Rovers. In addition, our Sports Parliament have already suggested that we could have 'friendlies' against other schools, so watch this space!

The data below provides us with two objectives for the coming academic year:
(i) increase the opportunities for pupils to represent the school in a sports competition, and
(ii) promote the benefits of representing the school in a sports competition, hopefully resulting in a higher percentage of pupils wanting to do so.
