School Grid
All meals regardless of preference are recorded using an online system called School Grid. This is managed by our school meals provider, Dolce. You will receive login details via email when your child first starts school in September (this cannot be provided in advance), this could take up to a week but we ensure your child will still receive a meal during this time. Everyone in school must activate their account, even if you have Free School Meals or bring a packed lunch. There have been many instances of packed lunches being forgotten or spoilt and your child may need to be given a dinner.
Meals are charged at £2.90 per day/ £14.50 per week and your account should be at least one week's worth of meals in credit. Debt accounts are taken very seriously and we have a School Meals Debt Policy that ensures appropriate action is taken. Please note that DOLCE will only allow 3 days in arrears, after this time you will need to send your child to school with a packed lunch.
School Money
School Money is an online system where you can purchase uniform, school trips and make donations for events relating to Comic Relief/Children in Need etc. You will receive login details for School Money during the first week back in September. Please follow the instruction and set up your account.
You can also book your Breakfast Club place and pay for it using School Money. If you have not received your login details and need to use Breakfast Club during the first week back, please bring your child to the club and we will accomodate you - all paperwork will need to have been completed. If you have and difficulty using the above payment services, please contact the Admin Team by emailing admin@stthomasfeatherstone.co.uk and provide your child's name, your name and email address and your mobile number, so that we check we have the correct details for you.
